Extremely rude staff. They treat you like they are better then you. And responding to your response. So is that not parking for your customers? I am a local business owner across the street and referred this couple to this business. I heard their entire interaction take place in the previous review due to the gentleman being on the phone with me when the lady was repeatedly knocking on their car window. I can't say enough good things about Stephanie!! She is very knowledgeable, patient while you ask questions, clear in her explanations, and delivers results. I've struggled with melasma for the last 10+ years and I saw a noticeable reduction after my second microneedling treatment. The studio space is well decorated, clean, and relaxing (every time I came in, I was served a hot tea, which I really appreciated).
