Timely responses and flexible with appointments, but had a first appointment with Krista, this woman made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She was very cold and unpleasant.
Excellent place with convenient parking underground.
Many different stylists have their own small places here. There is a comfortable waiting area. There's a bathroom although you'll need to ask your stylist for the code. It can be a little confusing figuring out how to get to the elevator that takes you to the second floor where Mosaic is, especially if you are coming from the street and not the parking garage.
