I was refused extensions service by Kendall, by Kacy, and by Michelle because I, as a client of Mosaic on Eastern, made a complaint to that stylist Julia LaTella and wanted to change salons. So glad they did, because obviously they agree against a clients right to disapprove.
This was my first visit. I walked in on a whim for a balayage highlight touch up and a haircut consultation. The front desk woman referred me to Lisa said she was very good and that she would take me right away. Lisa was nice and soft spoken and seemed listened to what I wanted, even asked for a photo. Alissa has done an amazing job with color matching my hair and installing my extensions. Alissa has a gentle hand, great customer service skills, and is knowledgable. I am absolutely in love with my hair!
