I can’t say enough good things about Mosaic and Nikhil - he is a good soul. It’s rare to be treated with such kindness, consideration, and respect as tenants. Each time we had an issue come up over 2+ years, it was promptly and professionally dealt with. When we needed a broken appliance replaced, we got a major upgrade. They do things the right way and they do right by their tenants.
Best experience I have ever had with a property management company. The owner, Nikhil, is extremely helpful and dealt with repairs and property issues immediately. He really fought for us to insure that we had top quality replacement components and handymen when our washer and dryer stopped working. Highly recommend!
