Nikhil owns Mosaic Property Management and I have been using his services for 4 years now without a single issue, and highly recommend this company! I didn't know what I needed to do to become a landlord but Nikhil walked me through the process and made it easy and understandable. He had tenants in 2 properties quickly (<2 weeks), is a pleasure to interact with, charges a reasonable fee, and responds quickly to any questions.
