Our family has had a wonderful experience with Mosaic Pediatric Therapy in Monroe. The staff there is incredibly friendly and makes sure that my child's needs are being met. More than that, they go above and beyond to ensure our needs are being met as a family. Parent meetings can be requested whenever they are needed and our BCBA (Stephanie) even met with me to help us pin down a visual schedule that we might be able to use at home to help with transitions for our daughter. I would not suggest this center for a child that is above “early intervention age” or that is prone to meltdowns. We waited three years for my child to receive treatment. Finally, he was off the waitlist and was present on the first day at a new location. He had stellar attendance and only missed a few days all year due to illness. Meanwhile, several therapists called out regularly and last minute. There’s also a big turnover rate. By the time a child builds rapport, there’s a new face.
