Mosaic is the best my family could ever hope for! They have and continue to do an amazing job in helping my son learn and grow. I can’t imagine where we’d be without them! I highly recommend this ABA to everyone! Due to unfortunate circumstances, my family had to move out of the state. It tore my heart up to leave, they’re such an amazing team!
Ok I'm finally ready to talk about what mosaic did to my son. During my most vulnerable state with my sons newly diagnosis, 2nd trimester of pregnancy of baby #2... mosaic not only misdiagnosed my son's disabilities, but once he started attending mosaic in Huntersville nc , he came home sick EVERY SINGLE WEEK. it was one of the dirtiest locations ive EVER seen. They kept making excuses, saying "we're moving, it's an old clinic..." covid, flu, RVS!!!! Gastronitis, series of stomach bugs etc. And when I had to keep my son out ... read more

Over the past 90 days we’ve been dealing with Mosaic, trying to get my daughter enrolled, jumped through all their hoops. Even did another doctors evaluation, went through all the insurance hoops, all of their paperwork. Now at the last minute after sending me the enrollment paperwork 2 days ago, she is not a good fit, and when I gave feedback I get a “canned response” from the director, didn’t even meet my daughter, NO WAY it takes 90 days for them to figure out she is not a good fit, terrible communication from intake staf... read more
