If I can give them 0 stars I would, my husband booked us a few nights at this hotel since it was super close to the beach. We get there, immediately they give us the wrong key to our room, no problem room was fine and they solved the issue. What ruined the experience was the way we got treated once we were at their beach club. we get to the beach, we check with one of the staff there and confirm that we are staying with mosaic and walk back and sit on the beach chairs, then a few minutes later, this latino/hispanic guy comes... read more
