Not happy. No follow up. Providers (not all, but most) are way too casual about care. Not real professional.
Following my wife's passing in July I've been struggling with profound grief. Seeing Mosaic's list of behavioral health providers I was hoping there was someone with expertise in complicated grief. When presented with the automated phone tree I chose the option for "new" patients. The person answering was abrupt and insensitive to my query asking about grief specialization, stating "they all have the same training" and seeing someone in behavioral health "is only for new patients so do you want to make an appointment?"
