So disappointed in the staffing in charge of scheduling- After waiting months to even be able to see the dr they called me to tell me that they won’t take my insurance due to my new address being in a different zip code (literally just 5 mile difference???) even though they’ve had that address for MONTHS since I first made the appointment and arguably should’ve been able to tell me that when i originally scheduled but instead they completely wasted my time when I could’ve been looking for a different specialist.
