ATTENTION PATIENTS. if they nurses claim they are calling you and they are not. Go ahead and contact your carriers and you can prove it with your call logs. Not only that I missed appointments 1 was with Valerie the other was with Darci. They legit didn’t even notify me of this until this week. I couldn’t get out of mandatory over time. This place is disgusting please do not take your kid especially your newborns here! I had missed one appointment for my kid and had it rescheduled. They called CPS to my house ! Saying we had missed two appointments which is completely false. PLEASE do not go through mosaic for pediatricians find somewhere else.
