I’ve waited a few months to write this review as it’s been hard to find the best way to convey the message. I would not recommend this office, unfortunately. We saw Dr Ball, and really loved her. When it came time to vaccinate and we felt uneasy with all of the new information surfacing we were met with “we can’t treat you anymore” instead of a conversation. I had the best service from Kaylee Conroy while trying to set up service for my husband. She was kind, patient and so very helpful!
I had been a patient for years and when my doctor retired she had another doctor lined up for me. The new doctor was only here for a year before she moved on. She didn't try to set me up with a new doctor and when I called to ask if anyone else could take me i was told no that I'd have to find my own doctor which and they were pretty rude about it.
