I’m not a mosaic fan ..I have to make that clear because this review is not rated or wrote up based off mosaic as a whole BUT my experience w GI Allison Smith really opened my eyes that not all mosaic staff is the SAME she was very professional & present ..she acknowledged all my concerns and created a plan of action to address and treat..she listened w genuine interest she worked promptly to get my prescription authorized and understood the severity of my long term discomfort..I’m truly appreciative for my encounter with he... read more

Very unprofessional woman named Angie, I called to verify if I can have anything to eat or drink. Never even asked my name. Told me i couldn’t have anything to eat or drink. Please get your people to confirm who you’re speaking to first. Get your people to be better at customer service.

I have Gastroparesis. Dr Duvarri is my Dr. Had extreme blockage & Dr Duvarri would not respond. Called every day for 10 days. After 10 days, wound up in the ER. Still no response after being released from the hospital Not sure what his function actually is. Changing Gastro Drs obviously. Was in the ER at Liberty. Much better facility.
