Almost every process of this endocrine clinic is frustrating from the office staff to them supposedly never receiving labwork that I know was sent from our local hospital. I had to reschedule an appointment which ended up being 4 months out but they can’t promise to refill my thyroid prescription that hasn't changed in like ten years? So the only thing I can do is see my local Dr and get a script through her so what’s the point of seeing a specialist at Mosaic then?
Horrible schedule appointment 2months or better in advance just to cancel appointment because they can't schedule anything correctly half hour past my appointment still two in front of me so my guess would be at least another half hour wait cancelled and left wouldn't recommend any service from mosaic this is third at mosaic this has happened
Worst hospital to ever go to, they don't care about u. Very judgemental
