So Mosaic gets a lot of flak for some of their doctors, but I went on November 20, 2025 in a lot of pain. And as a woman, I'm used to having pain dismissed and not taken seriously. Room for improvement with ER billing financial assistance. Let me explain: - Submitted the form online through mychart, no response - Called in asking for an update, was told had to come in - Came in, was told they don't process the online ones, even though the option is available in mychart, and the process online also didn't match the in person process, like needed documentation so... Of course I am still trying to get over pneumonia and that Dr at hospital released me without oxygen and a breathing infection plus got my medical records mixed up with an identity theft that has been ongoing in another state where I went and found this out. An advocate found my Medicare number and put in an appeal of identity theft using my account while I was cut off in Missouri for 3 years no soup stamps no medical medicaid and 67 years old got yelled at for not being able to get Medicare.
