Owners and staff are excellent. (I had one issue with the desk girl trying to understand me and who constantly argued with me and talked over me when I was trying to ask a question. I'm not sure if it was because it was loud in there at the time of my call or if she was new, as this wasn't my usual experience. I think the phone needs to be in a much quieter location.) Always feel pampered when here. Great service. They listen to what you want and make it real.
Love this salon! I went for the first time yesterday and had Megann cut my hair. She was nothing short of fabulous and I love my new look! Great atmosphere and the staff was all very friendly! I will be back!
