Dr. T is great!
Dr. T is great. The one star is completely because I dread calling for any reason. Their maze of automated answering systems makes me want to cut myself. I know it's probably a silly thing to get upset about, but I'm looking for a new provider.
I have left multiple messages trying to seek Counseling for my son. No call back. Not able to speak to a live agent ever. Disappointed that the people who are trained and educated to communicate can’t return a phone call.
I enjoy this practice. Dr.T and Kyle listen. Doctor doesn't try to force you on handfuls of medicine. Have been very accommodating thru the pandemic. Also the staff seem nice and allow you to book up to 4 appointments ahead for therapist which is convenient. Still offer Zoom which personally with someone who suffers from social anxiety is VERY cool. I would recommend.
Dr. Traskovich is the greatest doctor. But the director, Ms. Charlene Knight has no business as a mental health director. She is rude , cold and actually hung the phone up on me one time as I was trying to explain the reason for my unexpected missed appointment. Can you believe that? My point here is that there are much more fragile minded patients with mental illness than me of whom what she did could have possibly pushed them to harm themselves and made them feel like a burden.
