Terrible terrible. Don’t call for anything because you won’t get a call back for weeks and weeks, and forget about the billing. Hahaha laughing joke this office. Not good when your dealing with your child’s well being.

I took my son to Mosaic for OT, Speech and feeding therapy, the receptionists at the Bellevue location are amazing and very helpful but I was not impressed with the services provided to me, my insurance covered only about 75% which left me with a bill of over $600 for roughly 3 months of services 2 days a week!! I was surprised to get such a large bill as I was under the assumption my insurance covered all of these services, at least that’s what I was initially told.
