I have lived at Mosaic since November 2024, and I feel compelled to share my experiences regarding the numerous unresolved safety and health concerns that have plagued this property. While the location is fantastic and the maintenance staff is truly wonderful, the ongoing issues overshadow any positives and make daily life here increasingly unbearable, especially considering the high rent and various property fees we are charged. PLEASE READ!! Not only has management been CONSISTENTLY incompetent whenever I have come to them with issues... but Mosaic's parking garage is HORRIBLE! My boyfriend's car got stolen out of the garage within our first month of living there. THEN after being there for about a year, they added a new towing company that is SLIMY and TOWED MY CAR DESPITE IT BEING REGISTERED!
