Wouldn't recommend even if free!!! Stay away. These guys are the worst; fire alarms go off at random times, no notice, no update. Dirty apartments, they call them self luxury.... disappointment is an understatement. Edit Feb 27th 25 For Ev users, only 2 charges available and God forbid you have to use it. As they will charge you 2$/h and it's an extra slow charger. 1/10A. So overnight is about 20$ for just 27KWh.

don't usually give a review! But I've lived here for 3 years, the first two years it was "okay" but there were some maintenance issues and lack of support from the staff. In 2024 they changed the entire staff and the administration made a radical change to make us live an incredible experience!! They are aware of everything you need! The maintenance of all the amenities improved a lot! List of Problems with The Mosaic apartment: Delayed Move-in: Signed a lease in December 2023 with a promised move-in date of January 5th, 2024. Keys were not available as scheduled, causing significant disruption and forcing us to temporarily become homeless. The move in date was postponed by 10 days due to cockroach infestation they never disclosed.
