Was a fine-ish place to live. 3 years after moving out got a credit hit because there was some mystery move out statement out there that was different than the refund I received when I actually moved out. DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you want to be hit with unjustified charges at move out and sent to collections before the time frame they give you to pay these charges! This is the most unprofessional apartment company my husband and I have ever dealt with. After move out, it took them well over the 21 days they said it would take to actually get us our move out statement. With the new management under Amanda Macias Mosaic service is going above and beyond to help support and resolve residents concerns and issues. I applaud her work and the leasing offices customer service under her lead
Wouldn't recommend even if free!!! Stay away. These guys are the worst; fire alarms go off at random times, no notice, no update. Dirty apartments, they call them self luxury.... disappointment is an understatement. Edit Feb 27th 25 For Ev users, only 2 charges available and God forbid you have to use it. As they will charge you 2$/h and it's an extra slow charger. 1/10A. So overnight is about 20$ for just 27KWh.
