Everyone was great but no one mentioned that a hearing aid evaluation costs 150 dollars. and would not be covered by medical insurance as it is not a medical procedure. Imagine our surprise when we got a bill for this service. Very poor practice.
Both of my daughters have Dr. Seymour as their ENT and love him! The office staff is always professional and friendly which I appreciate since my girls had some anxiety about their surgeries. Dr. Seymour and staff put my kids at ease at each appointment and hospital visit. Their adenoidectomies and tube placements were successful. Tried scheduling an appointment with their office, which I was successful in doing, I was unable to make it. I changed my appointment 48 hours prior to when I was scheduled to arrive with no issues. I then got called out for work and had to travel so I canceled my appointment 48 hours prior to me arriving and explained that I would be rescheduling in the future. I tried rescheduling. Will never go to this office again. Had to wait two weeks for an appointment, then two hours before my appointment time I received a voicemail stating they don’t deal with my issues and to seek help elsewhere. I called the office and was told that the person creating the appointment should have known better. I waited two weeks in pain to be told not to come in.
