Austin is one heck of a tattoo artist and turned, what was a bad situation to an amazing experience! He saved my ass and really went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a positive one. Been going here for 16 years. Cleanest, most original and highest quality. The ownership and artists are awesome as well. Been worked on by pretty much everyone. Happy with everything. Thanks boys!!!
For what I know all the artists are great. However one artist in particular needs to work on his communication skills. Went there mid August, it's now the end of December, and still haven't heard anything from him about the drawing for my 8+ hour sleeve I wanted him to do. He was so rude from the beginning I should have expected it but come on. I've done everything I was supposed to do. Emailed him my references, emailed again to check progress, and nothing. I got my first Tattoo here and I'm very happy with how it turned out. The people here are really great, place is really clean, and the service is Awesome! Definitely recommend going here!
I got my tattoo done by Shane and he was so helpful and great with comming up with additional ideas to the design. It was a siblings tattoo so he did 4 of the same tattoos and they all came out great.
