They microwave the pancakes on the kids menu. They gave us one order and there were areas of the pancake that were really hard, we thought it was maybe plastic so we asked for a new order. We realized it was actually a similar consistency with when bread is microwaved for too long. The 2nd order was ALSO microwaved but they cut out the areas that were hard. See the picture. Amazing food and service. Highly recommend.
Mo's Cafe was quite good. The restaurant was exceptionally clean. Our waitress was amazing. Attentive service, great recommendations. I have celiac, and they offer gluten-free options. They took care to avoid cross contamination.
