Just left Mortons Steak House in Sacramento and what a wonderful experience. They were very busy, understandable for a Saturday night and our food took longer than normal, the manager kept my wine glass full and was very apologetic. I was in no rush so it's wasn't an issue to me. When the steaks came at the wrong temp, we sent them back to be cooked a little longer, again no big issue to us as we were just enjoying the atmosphere and our own company.
