Great evening at Morton's Orlando! The food, service and cocktails all superb!! Morton's is a classic! Adolfo was our server and he was a true professional plus friendly and charismatic. Our bartenders Phil and Zach were out of this world. Also...I cannot forget about Kaylen the hostess...a love! We will be back. Wonderful experience!

The staff and service was excellent. It was my fiancé’s birthday and they made him feel so welcomed and special just by doing the little things like taking our photo and making a sweet card to go with it. Making sure the menu was personalized with a birthday message as well. It’s these little things that make Morton’s and the Landry Cooperation such a great establishment. Have been a VIP member at Morton’s for going on 15 plus years. Great people, friendly staff and predominately great food. Not to say I have not experienced a less than exceptional steak once in a great while but most always a terrific cut of prime. The times that were not were more than made up with other in kind efforts. The people you read about complaining about trivial things are more than likely snobs from up north where the sun don’t shine!
Had a lot of anticipation planned for a steak and lobster Mother’s Day. It was 7pm reservation made for three weeks. Then told there’s no more lobster left! I was upset as have had 4 months of stress. Haven’t been out with hubby since xmas day as he had brain surgery. Poor planning management. Asst Manager came over so I Substituted crab legs. Then once served it’s like we were forgotten.! 3 hours later we left. Will never ever go back. Food was good but the service was awful.
