We go to Mortons at least 3-4 times/year. I purchased Mortons' gift cards online with a deal to get 'bonus' cards. The management was wonderful in that, not only was I able to use the bonus cards but also the birthday gift card they had sent me AND they included a free dessert of my choice and a photo of my DH and me to take home. Our meal was excellent and we were given all the time we requested to enjoy our leisurely meal. We will be returning and continue to enjoy a this special meal and service. Thanks to the management!
We selected Morton's for our daughter's 18th birthday celebration. She was wished a happy birthday by the hostess who sat us in one of their nicest booths. The menus had "Happy 18th Birthday" and the date printed across the top. Our server was funny, kind, and gracious. He treated her like a queen and made me feel special too. It’s been years since I’ve been here because of all the really great restaurants in Cleveland that have come into existence. No need to ever return. Service was 3 1/2to4 . Food was 2 1/2 to 3. The ‘ prime’ filets we’re so poorly cooked and the quality was certainly not prime! The addition of the’ ala Oscar ‘ was insulting as I got 2 small thin over cooked asparagus and a drizzle of bland bearnaise over a teaspoon of shredded crab ( I’m assuming that it was crab) .
