Yesterday we spent our 11th anniversary at the Cleveland location. It went beyond my expectations! We've been to Morton's before and knew we were in for a treat but the little extras and the extra special details they did for us made it truly special. Lindsey was our server and she was phenomenal!! They made us special menus that said "Happy 11th Anniversary", everyone greeted us and wished us a happy anniversary, they made us a wonderful dessert, and took our photo and gave us a copy. Appetizer, dinner and the desert was excellent. The service was great. I will defiantly go again.
First visit, and it was to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Steaks were great, both filet and ribeye, potato sides where phenomenal and worth the visit alone. Our server (and this isn't even an accurate term) Terry, or Terri, was phenomenal and a great example of what service really means. Attentive, knowledgeable, and answered questions before they needed asking. Great food, even better service, a great experience.
We had an awesome time for Johnny's birthday /our engagement. The customer service was excellent, the people with excellent the food was excellent and we will be back.

The amazing kind hostess sat us as a walk in on a sold out night. Steaks were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Server provided a chocolate soufflé for two for feee for my nephews birthday. Out just in time for the Bruno Mars concert. Thanks for making it a 100% perfect evening!!
