Morton's knocked it out of the park again. From the House and Tomato & Onion salads. To the perfectly cooked mains of Dried Aged Beef for Dad at Medium, To the rare Filet with bone marrow for me, to Mom's medium-size double cut pork chop. A side of cream mashed cauliflower enhanced lightly with a bit of truffle, nicely played with the meat beautifully.
