Starr behind the bar was awesome. The fella with the facial hair that was the matradi(sp) was not friendly. Interrupted us and made us feel like we were not welcome. This was for our 6th anniversary and we chose to leave and head over to Jeff Ruby's where we were welcoming med and had a great time. I told Starr about him so hopefully she tells someone else.

Food was great as usual.... service not so much!??!
This isn't the same Morton's. The service was very slow (the server was Jen M), the food was lackluster. From ordering time to food delivery was an hour with only 4 tables occupied in the entire restaurant. Two of the individuals in my party had the filet and both were overlooked. My shrimp cocktail looked like 31/35 shrimp and the presentation and freshness was questionable. Polly Campbell from the Enquirer would have a field day here. Very disappointed...$155 spent plus tip and 2 hours later...
I was there for a work meeting. The staff was very attentive. The food was very good. The decor is beautiful.
Being from Chicago I have a special place in my heart for Morton's. It has always set the standard for steak as far as I'm concerned. It's sides and drinks are great as well. For the money you're paying the service could be a little more buttoned up but I honestly think there has been a mass exodus of qualified waitstaff from Cincinnati. All in all I always look forward to a business drink or meal here.
