Sheri and Janet were great throughout the entire home buying process! Everything went seamlessly and they got us moved into a townhome in very sought after neighborhood. They were incredibly responsive and answered all our newbie-homeowner questions with no complaints :) Would absolutely recommend them!

Janet and Sheri helped us bought our new home. They helped us understand the current market conditions, the high impact areas like Orange County where we can lose out over bidding on a property. Sheri and Janet were fantastic. They definitely went the extra mile for me. I had to do a lot of prep work to get the house ready including redoing some landscaping as part of the association requirements and removing a shade trussel in the back yard. They provided all the vendor contact for this which I did not have. They also worked with me in the cleaning and maintenance prep work including painting and tile and carpet cleaning. Morton/Donovan are a very highly skilled team. I found their advice to be so helpful around staging, and presenting one's house in the best possible light.
