Janet and Sheri helped us bought our new home. They helped us understand the current market conditions, the high impact areas like Orange County where we can lose out over bidding on a property. They helped us tremendously with finding a beautiful home, negotiate the right price and close escrow so effortlessly. I am very grateful to have met them and worked with them. Sheri and Janet were fantastic. They definitely went the extra mile for me. I had to do a lot of prep work to get the house ready including redoing some landscaping as part of the association requirements and removing a shade trussel in the back yard. They provided all the vendor contact for this which I did not have. They also worked with me in the cleaning and maintenance prep work including painting and tile and carpet cleaning. Morton/Donovan are a very highly skilled team. I found their advice to be so helpful around staging, and presenting one's house in the best possible light. It meant a lot to have people that really understand the community and what it has to offer. I would highly recommend Morton.Donovan. They represented me as the seller and my house was in escrow after 4 days and it closed 3 days early at well over the asking price. They made the entire process from start to finish stress free. They are extremely detailed oriented, and I always felt like they were in my corner.
