Amazing experience! Dr. Zinberg is an outstanding and intelligent doctor who was able to diagnose and treat my condition confidently and effectively. I trust him completely and have always had positive experiences in his office. The staff is friendly and helpful, the space is nice and clean, and the office is run efficiently and professionally. They are very COVID-conscious and keep a safe and sanitary office. The best doctor!
Dr.Zinberg is a wonderful doctor and the staff is very professional. I have always been treated with the utmost care . The office is clean, taking extra care for COVID protocols and safety. I was greeted by the friendly staff and got into my appointment on time. Dr.Zinberg is very courteous, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and treat his patients. I would highly recommend Dr.Zinberg to anyone.
I will not be returning to this office. In an age of Covid 19, this is the only doctors office that does not take sanitary precautions. There is no social distancing, nor do they take your temperature. I also noticed that each examining room is not sanitized or wiped after each patient leaves. It’s a germ infested office. I find this all very concerning atmosphere.
The front staff was nice but the doctor was horrible. He put something on me without even knowing what my concern was about. Prescribed me antibiotics without any explain of what was the problem and why I needed to take it. He sounded as if he didn’t know what he was talking about. Now I have a bill of 300$ for that something he did without even knowing what was the problem! Went to another dermatologist and they diagnosed, what I originally thought I had, without any issues. Very unprofessional. Staff is not friendly at all. They will be friendly to the patients they like. My first time going there the staff didn’t know anything they were talking about. They were telling me something different than what my insurance was saying. Have me waiting there for over an hour and then tells me they don’t even know if they are in- network. My visit with DrZinberg was a great experience as usual. The office staff received me right away with friendly and welcoming attention, they made sure I was checked in with a smile. I was seen by the dr on time for my appointment. He answered all my questions and never rushed me, taking care to make sure I was treated properly. The dr is very intelligent, kind, patient and thorough. He is very personable and warm, and always knows what to do. I would highly recommend this doctor!
I went in to see Dr Zinberg for a full body check because I found something on my leg that was concerning. He did a very thorough check and took a biopsy of the growth on my leg. Dr Zinberg is a confident and very capable doctor. The examination was thorough and I felt very comfortable throughout the exam. He took his time and was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions patiently and the wait to see him was very quick. His staff was so helpful and pleasant. Great doctor!!
Wow. What an outstanding doctor. Dr. Zinberg's ability to diagnose and treat is superior. He is gentle, compassionate and an expert in his field. And finally, his office staff is kind, professional and a pleasure to work with. As an added perk, I was taken into the exam room precisely on time.
