Absolutely unbelievable what happened! Huge public heath recordable VIOLATION. A few people need to be fired!!! The others need to be disciplined and noted in their employment record!!! This use to be a great hospital in the 1990s. Seems a change in management or the health, safety and employment standards are nonexistent.
I’ve been in Morton Plant twice in the last five months and I must say my care was great. The nursing staffs were terrific both times and there were nurses and techs available moments after you press the call button to help you with whatever you needed help with. All the staff knew what they were to do and did it with lots of caring and service. I would recommend Morton Plant with my highest rating, for sure.
I love Baycare and many, if not most, of my interactions with your nurses, doctors, and staff are great.. BUT... Your registration department is usually one of the first staff that a person interacts with. It would help if they would acknowledge you, actually look at you, and smile instead of treating you like a warm body that they must deal with. My experience at Morton Plant Hospital was a very positive one. The facility is fabulous as well as the staff. They make you feel like queen for a day. Best hospital ever.
Morton Plant Hospital did an outstanding job with my care and recovery during my recent experience. Everyone worked as a team and was always helpful and kind. I had an amazing experience with my post-op recovery nurse, Allen. He was so soothing, compassionate, and attentive to my needs coming out of anesthesia. Having someone who you never meet and be treated you like the highest priority is simply amazing. hospital was clean I was there for surgery and all staff members was very helpful and friendly.
Had a recent emergency and went to MPH. I have to say my experience from the ER staff, personnel in admitting to all the staff on Witt7 was exceptional. All the people truly showed a genuine caring about my wellbeing. A great big thank you to MPH. God bless all of you.
The nurses and doctors were extremely healthful with great bedside manner
