Very attentive staff, all needs were addressed in a friendly and timely fashion. Hospital stays are by their very nature unpleasant but the people at Morton Plant made it much less unpleasant, bordering on pleasant. Thank you.
Everything! The staff worked seamlessly as a team. The communication provided to patients and families was A+. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that some staff should be more conscientious of who is around them when talking about their social life and using vulgarities. But the care provided was top notch!
