My family has gone to this dental practice for over 10 years, but I won't be returning after today. The front desk receptionist is snippy and rude. It's my third rude encounter with her today and listening to her talk to other patients on the phone or at the desk, it's definitely her personality and not just me. The past few years, I get a different hygienist every time I am in there, when previously I regularly had the same wonderful lady.
