I worked with Jocelyn on my last client’s transaction and she was so great to team with. We worked as a team, and she always made sure to have both myself and my clients well informed during the transaction. They used the Oregon Flex program and got a property tax abatement from the city, which is amazing for FTHBs, but there were quite a few hoops they had to jump through to get to the finish line. She was super helpful with guiding them. It was such a pleasure working with Jocelyn and I can’t wait until next time!
