I started looking for a new home in Aug of 2024, I had a 554 credit score. The mortgage company I was working with at the time told me I had to have a min 620 credit score. By June 2025 my credit score was still 554 and I was beginning to think I'd never own a new home . On June 4th while looking on FB marketplace I ran across an ad for Mortgage Solutions. This was my first house I bought and I had the worst experience ever. Poor communication throughout the whole process. Closing got pushed back twice because the person taking all my paperwork went out sick so my files just sat 10 days nobody doing anything until my realtor reached out to them. I wanted to back out the process but couldn't because I would've lost my money I put in. Overall worst experience ever
