Worst company I have ever dealt with. Dishonest and rude! I refinanced my mortgage and they claimed that my final payment was late and destroyed my credit score. The payment is late after the 15th. They received the payment on the 11th. Also, claimed it was over 30 days late. If my payment was late, which it wasn't, I didn't receive a notice in the mail, by email, or a phone call. Horrible. My mortgage was sold to them years ago. The first thing they did was simply "forget" to pay my insurance out of escrow. Most months the invoice is late. It's due on the first, I seldom get it an invoice before the 5th. When I call them, they simply explain in a lackadaisical, "we don't really give a sh*t" manner that they were late getting the invoices out. No reason, we're just late.
