I could not ask for more in a loan officer. Tom Boltz and I have done business together for quite some time and I highly recommend him as a loan officer. His work ethic, service to our mutual customers and professionalism are all excellent. In addition to being knowledgeable about his own domain he's been a good source of referrals when the occasional request falls outside of his own business model. In 2012 my wife and I bought our first house with the help of Tom Boltz. I met with several mortgage people but Tom was the quickest to respond, most professional, and most knowledgeable. I was impressed with how available Tom was to me. When I had questions he'd answer the phone on the first call or call me back within 10 minutes. After my experience I've sent friends to see him and they've had the same great experience.
