Not impressed One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever seen, my original loan officer told me that she was taking a leave of absence because of family reasons then I find out that she had another job with another company. I'm not sure if she used her family to make me feel sorry for her but it worked and if she was telling me the truth I will never know. I could not ask for more in a loan officer. Tom Boltz and I have done business together for quite some time and I highly recommend him as a loan officer. His work ethic, service to our mutual customers and professionalism are all excellent. In addition to being knowledgeable about his own domain he's been a good source of referrals when the occasional request falls outside of his own business model.
