I didn't think that I could refinance my house, due to many complicating factors, and was resigned to sticking it out. Darren thought he could help, and he just dug into it, ironing out the wrinkles as he went. He explained things to me along the way, asked all of the right questions, and conducted himself with impeccable integrity. Darren and Samantha at Mortgage Loans NW are great! They are both very knowledgable and helpful! Better late than never! I think the fact that it has been almost 3 years since we used Darren in financing our home and I am writing a review speaks volumes to Darren(and to my lazieness). We had a nightmare of a situation with Bank of America and switched over to Darren. We always felt informed and comfortalbe in dealing with Darren. This was our first home purchase and was a big scary thing. Darren made it so much easier. Plus we got a better rate!

Great Broker! – We just went through the re-fi from hell...starting with a badly done inspection, there were constant hang-ups...NONE OF THEM Mortgage Loans NW's fault. Through it all Darren was patient and worked tirelessly to push our loan through. I can't imagine he made a penny on us for all the time it took him! Best Morgtage broker around – My husband used Darren when he bought his first home in Oregon and suggested we go with him again. MORTGAGE NW IS THE BEST!! – You can just forget about any other mortgage broker in the PDX area. Darren goes against all of the stereotypes you have ever heard about those shady mortgage brokers. A great experience after first one went sour – These guys were so fast and so pleasant to work with. We were originally going through Hart West for a mortgage loan and two days before closing, they told us they couldn't provide us with a loan despite our great credit and low loan to value ratio.
