My husband and I had such an amazing experience buying our first home all thanks to The Deir team! I thought buying a house was supposed to be hard but they made the process so smooth and comfortable! They answered all of our questions and updated us on what was going on every step of the way! The Deir team truly is amazing. It was my first home buying experience and they made it very very smooth. I went to them after talking to other lenders and Laura found savings and credits where the others did not. They walked me through each step and explained everything to me to put my mind at ease. Working with Laura Deir and her team was the best and easiest part of our home buying process. I trust them and their advice so much. Using "The Deir Team" was by far the best decision we made in our new home purchase! Laura, Elizabeth and Tim were so helpful during the process! I'm a worry wart! I had lots of question (some pretty stupid ones) during the process and they provided me with answers quickly! They coached me regarding my credit report and things I could do to improve my credit score so I could get the best possible interest rate! It all worked and were enjoying our new home! The Deir team worked their tails off to get us a double closing in one day so we wouldn't have to live in a hotel. They negotiated with builders that were being stubborn with the appraisal and made the sale happen. Without them I might have lost my mind. I owe them more than a cheesy review. Great Crew!
