I firmly believe that the difference between a great company and a horrible one, are how situations are handled when something goes wrong. Super normal, but our closing got pushed back multiple times. The Deir Team provided support, encouragement and 5 star customer service every interaction. They always answered the phone, responded to every email, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. I truly can not say enough wonderful things about this group of professionals.
