Mcs left a note that my house was deemed vacant when in fact we its occupied. My sister was outside when the employee came and left the note. Ive called multiple times with no answer.
My address which is not vacant but in the process of being sold had a sign that stated this company was working on my mortgage behalf. My mortgage had no idea about this unauthorized notice on my door. Both mortgage company and local sheriffs department have been notified by me that this company DOES NOT HAVE PERMISSION auto be on my property. Had torn notice taped on door. We just transferred to new mortgage company. Not behind. Very unprofessional, threatening notice. Call number on notice. Can never speak to anyone.
************ Son's home has had the torn off sheet put on the door. He has been in rehab & the house has definitely not been abandoned. He is behind on payments. But he called on the few mins he's permitted to use phone & left a message. MCS entered my property and changed the locks. My tenant had surgery on her foot and was staying at a friend's house. She was having a friend check her mail. She was still paying her rent. After recovering she went home to find out she could not get in because the locks had been changed. I had to call a locksmith so she could get into her home. Just a few weeks before I had maintenance check on the home. No one notified me that the locks had been changed.

Their is a group of us currently preparing the biggest lawsuit MCS will ever see. There will be a Facebook page made so EVERYONE they have committed crimes against can collectively collaborate this suite we are pushing for the death penalty under corporate laws they have COMPLETELY ignored! This company sends someone out several times a month to cut grass that is not overgrown in the front of house. The lamp stand in the front yard is sinking into the ground. However, the backyard looks like a jungle with weeds growing up the poles and covering wires. The weeds grow into my yard which there is NO grass at all. The water from the roof spills over onto my trap door (due to a clog) and seeps into my basement. The hole on the porch has grown due to moisture and dry rot and water in my basement.
