MCS came and took pictures of my property and left a note on the door saying that the property was vacant and they were changing the locks! We called our mortgage company and they did not send these people to our home!!! We called so many times with zero answer all straight to voicemail. You do NOT HAVE THE AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER MY PROPERTY OR CHANGE MY LOCKS!! If you return again the cops will be called. Even the agent at our mortgage company said that was suspicious! DO NOT COME BACK!
Business response:

They have entered the property will I was at work. Put a no trespassing sign in my window and changed the locks. I have owned this home for 30 yrs and not in foreclosure. My house was ransacked. No one has answered the #.

MCS broke into my home while I was away for a few days and while the homeowner (my elderly father) was temporarily staying with family due to health reasons. The home is clearly occupied, yet they pried open and damaged the rear security door, changed the back door lock, installed a lockbox, stole spare keys from inside, ransacked the house, and took over $1,000 in tools. No foreclosure had been filed, and there was no legal authority to enter. This was an illegal and traumatic violation of our home. Afterward, I found many ... read more

This company left a note on my door today stating that my home is vacant/abandoned! This is not true, and not close to being correct. This is our home; WE LIVE in our home. The lady walked up to the door put her finger up and pretended to ring the doorbell (RING DOORBELL) while taking a picture. as if she was ringing it, then used blue painter tape to tape the notice to our door. She took a picture of my mailbox, then she basically sprinted back to her car, so that no one would have time to question her about the notice she ... read more
This is the worst business ever they dont even know how to read an address. They were looking for the house down the street. They put a note on my door saying they were going to change my locks. I own my house outright and have no mortgage
Business response:
Hi, we apologize for any inconvenience. If you can provide your address I can look in our system to address this matter correctly. I understand if you do not want to provide it, but it would help with my research. Thank you.
Business left a copied note taped with blue painters tape to my front door stating that my premises were vacant and threatened to change the locks, do winterizatuon in August, trespassed on my property taking pictures, etc. All this is documented with cameras!
This company left a notice on my door stating no trespassing and that this home is abandoned. The home is occupied and the utilities are on. They have no business leaving signs when my loan company is not even aware. Another notice left and I will take legal matter
We went to our house thats under contract to do one least walk through and noticed locks are changed and notices on windows. This house is not abandoned due to fact we come and still do the maintenance but more importantly its under contract and at the point of closing! No one answers the phone number on the notices!!!! No reason for them to be at a house thats under contract and changing locks.
Business response:
Hi, thank you for your message. Can you supply me with the full address of the property so we can review the matter. Thank you.
