Review of Shahram (Lender) I had a deeply negative experience working with Shahram. In my opinion, his business practices are highly questionable. He made misleading promises, pressured me into a deal that turned out to be financially damaging, and added unexpected charges after the agreement. Based on what I experienced and witnessed, I would urge others to proceed with extreme caution. Transparency and honesty are crucial in any financial relationship — unfortunately, I didn’t feel that was the case here.
My husband and I were first time home buyers with no experience. Sean and his team held our hand the whole way and made us feel confident and relaxed about the whole situation.
