Just got back from an appointment with two new fillings! I’ve always had bad luck with dentists; from having a root canal done at 7 years old and me crying, multiple abscesses, crowns, and the constant degradation of me not taking care of my teeth the way I should. However, Mortenson in Simpsonville made me feel SO welcome and not once was I told that I need to cut out foods/drinks/whatnot in a demeaning manner. Love my dentist,Jessica Eugenio. Her staff is always friendly,professional and helpful. Mortenson’s gives back to the community and has supported many wonderful organizations including Nativity Academy where I have volunteered.
Everyone in the office is very helpful and kind. Dr. Eugenio was knowledgeable and understanding of the dental work I need to have done. They make the dentist a pleasant experience!
The entire staff is very friendly. Sherry did a great job and it was pain free. Would highly recommend!
Best experience ever for Nathan's tooth pull. Meg the best dental assistant ever heard him singing BTS on the way in. Meg also loves BTS. She then played BTS videos for him on their TV streaming from YouTube on her computer. He began getting nervous so she told Nathan that one of the members had their tooth pulled there 3 weeks ago. Then she showed him a video on her phone of the popstar talking about getting his tooth pulled. Love this dentist office, they have done a wonderful job with my sons teeth!
As a dental hygienist who has seen the inside of many dentist offices, I have brought my friends and family here because I know they will not only recieve excellent dental work, but be met with caring, friendly, smiling faces. The staff at Simpsonville are exceptional. I highly recommend this place.
Super friendly staff, no pain visit, they worked me in when I wanted an appt last minute and very informative on everything they are doing.
