RecommendedI have had several visits to this office now and the office is immaculate and has the latest modern styling. Coffee, cookies, water, tea and probably more that I haven't noticed yet. The prices I have been quoted have been honored each time. I can't tell you many times I have felt baited and switched at the dentist. I had been seeing another local dentist. I wanted a second opinion and had heard good things about Dr. Crawford. Well....Dr. Crawford is amazing!!! He saved 1 tooth that the other dentist wanted to pull and also performed a root canal on another tooth. I had an appointment to get a few teeth taken care of. I had a consultation and everything was explained to the DR about issues I have with dentist. I was assured it wasn't a problem. The day of the procedure the DR came in was extremely rude. Said he didn't see why I needed anything. Referring to my anxiety of being at the dentist. Today was our first visit & it was the most amazing experience. They are professional & kind. They were extremely detailed in their explanation of our services & treatment plan. They made us feel like we were their only patients there. I highly recommend this group.
1st visit, new to the area. Very pleased with the entire experience. Nice office, very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Will definitely continue coming here and will be bringing my children for their appointments as well.
My 7 yr old need a few teeth pulled they have been amazing. Making him and me feel comfortable and at ease during our appt.
My 4 year old triplets accompanied me to my first appointment. They enjoyed the kid friendly waiting room. The hygienist informed me that the children couldn't come back during the xrays, which seemed reasonable, but when it was time for my cleaning, she stated that she simply could not tolerate the children in the room with me during the cleaning. I have a total of 6 children and have never been told that they couldn't be in the room with me. They are too young to be left alone in the waiting room! Needless to say, I left. ... read more
I went in for my first visit today. Everyone, from the front desk on, was wonderful to deal with. The hygienist did a thorough job, and was great the entire time. The doctor was a joy to speak with, and the office staff was terrific. Every single person there was helpful, friendly and professional.
The staff is absolutely amazing and one-of-a-kind. You cant find more loving and professional people to care for you and your family. The office is so clean and welcoming. Procedures are smooth and pain free. I cannot say enough good things about this practice! I would recommend it to anyone and everyone, you will not be disappointed.
