Even in this crazy pandemic time every went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Knowing they were running behind the front desk called to advise so I could get more done at home rather than wait in the waiting room. Everything was super clean. Went to Independence office for an emergency and they were very thorough and kind. Am going back for treatment and cleanings. Got me in on the same day I callled.
Went to the independence location and loved my hygienist and doc. Very sweet and educating ladies which I’ve never had before and was cool to know what’s going on in that light
Everyone so pleasant and kind. I was afraid to have root canal, but I did have it done, no pain. Dr. Harish K. Malyala DDS Practice limited to Endodontics was wonderful. Excellent chair side manner. He made sure I was comfortable, no pain and completely number up for my procedure. Thank you for giving me a Motrin before my procedure too. Thank highly recommend this office Mortenson Family Dental in Independence Ky.

Hands down the best dentist I’ve EVER been to! They’re amazing! Her approach makes all of the anxiety go away! Past dentists I’ve had made it painful, unpleasant, and like a horror movie! She took that all away! When I got fillings done and had to be number, she distracted me by talking calmly about a random topic. The needle was in without me hardly knowing! Then it was all over!
