At this time I would like to apologize to Morrow Heating & Air as my previous review was the result of inpatients on my part and poor communication by the technician. I posted the review only an hour after the technician had left my home but after trying many times to call. It was explained that they have an employee shortage and they would be requesting to replace my wall unit with First American Home Warranty. Ed was very cordial and I am hoping to have an excellent experience. More to follow...

Their trouble shooting technique consisted of putting their hand by the vent and saying there’s cold air coming out when the AC is clearly not working. The AC not turning on was not addressed. Absolutely lazy. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! Do not hire this business who refuses to contact you, but gives major attitude when trying to ask questions. I will be telling everyone of our experience with these clowns.
These guys are so rude!!!!!! I have never felt so worthless calling a company for a simple question! Your workers need some costumer service training
Didn't call me back to come out and fix an issue on my AC that they didn't fix the first time. Don't bother with this company. A good company will go above and beyond for their customers and they clearly don't need the business.
Highly unprofessional! Came into my home where my children are, my son proceeded to tell me something, I asked my son to hold on I was talking, the owner proceeds to tell my 9 year old son to shut up and if he didn’t I was going to beat his ass! I called to make a complaint not knowing at the time the gentleman here was the owner! He yelled at me on the phone told me that he didn’t do shit to my son and I could kiss his ass and hangs up on me!!!
