BEWARE OF THIS GUY!! – This guy can't be trusted. The idiot tried to test me to see if I had kept my receipts by saying that i did not pay my rent a month ago. Also did the same to a friend of mine. I kept all of my receipt, so he did not win this one. Saw continuous drug dealing at Shade Tree Apt. Horrible place to live. SLUMLORD!!
Prepare to be ripped off – BEWARE!!! At first glance, these guys appear to be on the up and up and the apartments appear to be very affordable. I have lived in their apartments for over a year and have seen the good and the bad. I started out living in a two bedroom townhouse that required a $300 deposit and $485 per month.
