They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. Do not use this dentist if you have Delta Dental because they do not follow the rules of the contract that they signed when joing Delta Dental. You do not have to pay up front, they are to wait till you get your eob to pay your bill and they don't do that. Plus they over charge you and make you jump through hoops to get your over charge back.

They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, they are recommended by other dentists
Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful.
